Dear Isabelle, Without doubt, we had an excellent stay in Dubrovnik. No doubt I will be repeating what so many have said before us but the apartment is in an excellent location and oh those views!! We spent a significant amount of time sitting on the balcony watching the comings and going’s of ships and boats in front of the apartment and took delight in getting up each morning to see which vessels had departed over night and what had replaced them!! We felt very privileged to be able watch so many beautiful yachts come and go and after internet searches, staggered to find how much they were worth or cost to hire.The weather was very kind to us during our stay so we took much pleasure in walking the old town and viewing the sights from a variety of locations including the city walls and several well placed cafes/bars. At this point, thank you for your recommendations for food and drink. We tried several and none of them disappointed - the food and drink was always of a high standard and served to us by such lovely people who, in many cases, were passionate about their country. Please do pass on our thanks to the very efficient taxi service ( they also took us on to Cavtat and then the airport ) and the owner who greeted us on our arrival and was there when we left. The apartment is a great space to spend a holiday - a fabulous mix of old and new a with it’s own orange tree. Thank you once again for the excellent service that you provided.

We enjoyed the holiday. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, just great. The view from the balcony and from the additional terrace breathtaking. We had everything there to make us feel at home. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the charming old town. The beaches are also within walking distance (a great beach and a bay within walking distance). The apartment is very clean and a lot of attention to detail. The transfer of the apartment was without complication, and Isabell was always available when we needed it.

My decision to rent this apartment was based on the many glowing reviews and the great pictures. It did not disappoint, the view is spectacular! You can watch the huge yachts park right in front of the apartment and see the Old Town from the balcony. Most everything is within walking distance, we did not a rent a car for the entire week we stayed at the apartment. We were 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, the apartment is very comfortable and the owner, Sandra, is very friendly and quite helpful! One of my teenagers forgot a couple of expensive shirts when we left and Sandra kindly forwarded them to us! I would definitely recommend the place and would not hesitate to re-book the apartment.

Spacious, Easy Access & Comfortable are the three words I'd use to describe this apartment. It is about 5 minutes walk to Banje beach (I highly suggest take a dip here) and 10 minutes to the old town. Place is clean and fit a family of 6 comfortably. Sandra is a big help and responsive. View is amazing! Relaxing at the porch is simply the best. I'd stay here again for my next travel to Dubrovnik.

Really nice apartment with gorgeous view! We loved that apartment! It was spacious, modern, very well decorated, comfortable and quiet. It was near Old town of Dubrovnik as well as Banje beach. We have not use our car during our stay in Dubrovnik because every attraction was easy to walk and the supermarket was on our way between Old Town and the apartment. The outstanding view from the balcony is a good reason to choose this apartment because we had really nice moments dining and relaxing there with that breathtaking sightseeing.

Absolutely Fabulous! The apartment and views were exactly as described in the advertising. The apartment was amazing, very spacious and decorated to a high standard. It had everything we needed in terms of kitchen, laundry, bathroom etc. The view was stunning, out to sea and the island and also to the old town - sitting on the deck having tea as the lights went on in the old town was really amazing, a memory that will last.The apartment was only a short walk from the beach, supermarket and old town. Sandra the owner and Isabelle at Butterfly Services were great and provided all the support and information we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fabulous choice! The O2 is in a great position with an amazing view. 10 minute walk to the Old Town, the fabulous Banje Beach a short walk and a supermarket with great supplies is also only 10 minute walk. Inside the apartment is beautiful with a well equipped kitchen etc. Sandra was there to meet us and both the transfers to and from the airport were reliable. Highly recommend this place.

Pleasant apartment with outstanding views. We split our stay between two apartments, with this being the latter. We wanted to be slightly away from the busy day to day of old town. So this was great for us. But if that's not what you want, rest assured it's only a 15 minute walk from old town! The views were incredible from the balcony. Spending the mornings looking over the harbour and Lokrum never got old. The views alone are worth staying here. The
02 apartment was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

You Can Not Beat the View! The
02 apartment is located on a hill with the sea as your front yard. Views from the balcony are spectacular with the island of Lokrum in front, the rocky coast to the left and Old Town Dubrovnik to the right. It is a 10 minute walk to the famous beach and maybe a 15 minute down hill walk to Old Town. Keep in mind that if it is down hill to Old Town it is up hill to the apartment. And, there are 72 stairs to the apartment once you get there. Is it worth it, you bet ya. There are also super markets 10 minutes away. You will want to pick up supplies at least for breakfast and happy hour to enjoy the balcony and its wonderful views. You can even see the sun set over Old Town while enjoying a glass of wine. We ate in old town every night after sunset and had some great meals. The apartment is ultra modern with a fully stocked kitchen, huge balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of electronics (we did not use any) and mood lighting throughout. The early morning pick up for the airport set up by Butterfly Services was flawless. We stayed five nights and decided this, along with Santorini Greece, was the best view we have ever had in all of our travels. This is a great place to stay as a home base with many side trips originating out of Dubrovnik.

We booked the
O2 apartment through Dubrovnik Chic Rentals/Butterfly Services, whom we would thoroughly recommend. Isabelle was a delight to deal with, always answering our emails immediately and constantly providing useful and helpful information, both before and during our stay out there. This included booking very efficient transfers to and from the airport with a delightful driver who was a mine of information! The owner of the apartment, Sandra, and her daughter Antonio were equally helpful, greeting us on our arrival, immediately answering a text when we had a minor query, and very kindly letting us have a late check out on our last day at no extra charge. As for the apartment itself, just fabulous! The photos on the website did look great, but you often wonder if they will match the reality. In this case, they certainly did as the O2 apartment was absolutely beautiful. Bright, airy, every facility you are likely to need, and the most beautiful views towards Locrum and the old town. Lovely modern kitchen, great shower, and load of nice sofas to lounge on! We went as a couple and a single, and one thing I might say is that the bunk bed room, which would be great for kids, is probably a bit small for an adult. However, this is not a problem, as the gorgeous garden room at the back, with a very comfy sofa bed, worked perfectly as a second bedroom. As for the distance from the town, in all honesty for us it was perfect, just a 10 minute stroll to the main gate (maybe a bit longer when coming back UP the hill) so far enough from the crowds but close enough that it wasn't too much of a hike in and out of town. All in all, a fantastic experience and we will certainly be recommending Butterfly Services and the O2 apartment to our friends.

“PERFECT apartment for a family visiting Dubrovnik” The apartment could not be better for a family visiting Dubrovnik -- it has two great bedrooms (one for parents, one with bunk beds for kids, plus a pull out couch in another sunroom), a spacious modern kitchen and living area and, best of all, a GORGEOUS view of the Old Town and the island of Lokrum from the balcony. Dubrovnik is very hot in the summer, and the apartment has AC that works well when you need it. The apartment is walking distance to the Old Town, two beaches, groceries and restaurants along a coastal road with great views. The property manager/owner arranged an airport transfer that worked flawlessly, they were accessible, and provided all kinds of information. I cannot imagine finding more perfect accommodation - highly recommend.

“The 02 apartment was as described, and more. It has a privileged location, a few minutes walk to the Walled city of Dubrovnik. On the way you will find two (2) four star hotels, the Museum of of Modern art, Banje Beach, VIP 9 for a SIM card) , Konzum ( a well stocked grocery store) two (2) news stands with international publications, and a travel agency( Perla adriatica) that is very honest and changes your currency into the local Kunas (accepted by all)at very favorable rates. The unit has a wide balcony that faces the island of Lokrum, which creates a sheltered bay that is animated by private mega-yatchs ( some with helicopters), frigates, a host of ferry boats that ply the islads and adjoining cities and , kayaks (there is a school nearby and they animate the panorama. The apartment was cooled by the " mistral" winds that wafted in making air conditioning unnecesary. It isprovided with very new and modern equipment and furnishings; we lacked nothing. The owner was very helpful; on the first day,showing the neighborhood, even driving us to a supermarket that delivered . ( It is not easy to cart heavy bottles of water, juices, milk, etc. on the first day. ) She kept in contact and was readily available to assist when questioned. She made arrangements to greet us at the airport, and to pick us up on our departure.The apartment was provided with maps and helpfull hints on what to do and where to go. It was a memorable experience that I highly recommend”

The walk up was a bit strenuous, especially the last bit inside the building getting up to the top floor after a long day of sightseeing, especially on the hot days, so might not be perfect for all. The apartment was great! When the coffee maker broke the first day you were very efficient in replacing it and telling us not to worry about it. I just hope you are not running to fix things all the time! It was all good and clean and new and as described on the website. So much better than most of what we looked at online! “ The 02 apartment was perfection! From the moment that Sandra met us at the top of the stairs and helped us with our luggage to the apartment, we were impressed. She was very friendly and informative. Upon learning that my husband's I-phone had gone out before we arrived, she was kind enough to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. The apartment has breathtaking views and is filled with amenities. It has a wonderful modern kitchen in which we cooked several meals-complete with refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee pot, oven, and stove. There is a dining area in the kitchen which then leads to the living area with sofa,television, and stereo system. A large balcony area overlooking the adriatic Sea to the island of Lokrum extends from the living area. This is where we spent much of our time-relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The bathroom has a washing machine and modern powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. In addition, there is a beautiful garden room complete with dining area and fireplace which we enjoyed one rainy morning. Then when you exit the garden room, there is an actual garden complete with table with umbrella and chairs! What more could anyone need? There is a grocery store within a 5 to 10 minute walk and it is about a 15 minute walk into Dubrovnik, However, to stay here, a person needs to be in fairly good physical condition, as there are quite a few stairs to navigate. This was not a problem for us, but it is something to be aware of. For us there could not have been a more perfect place to be. It was definitely the highlight of our entire trip and we hope to be there again very soon!

The 02 apartment is fantastic. An easy walk to Old Town (10 minutes, at the most), market, bakery, ATM and the cable car. The balcony was our favourite spot for breakfast overlooking the sea, and for a glass of wine in the evenings, watching the lights of Old Town. It is very well equipped, with kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a washer machine that was especially great to us, travelling for a while with some more days to go. The owners are very helpful with information about the area, and keep in touch as often as you would like. We took advantage of the transportation to and from the airport, and our drivers were very pleasant and super efficient, always on time. The apt itself is beautiful decorated, spotless, very clean and modern. We had a few days of rain, but the setting was so beautiful that we didn't really care. We are looking forward to another opportunity to visit Dubrovnik, and wouldn't think twice about booking O2 again.

We stayed at the O2 apartment for 11 nights. The location is great, just a 15 min walk away from the Old Town. Beautiful views and a lovely clean, well equipped space made our Croatian holiday almost perfect. Viktor was very helpful and gave lots of hints and tips on which restaurants to visit and the ones to avoid. The cost may have been a wee bit high but it was well worth it for the high spec of the apartment and professionalism of Isabella and Viktor.

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik, it was our wedding and we decided we would stay somewhere really nice and were not disappointed. Location is very good, 5 minute walk to the Ploce gate entering the old town, 5 minute walk to the nearest shop, 10 minutes to cable car.We arrived into Dubrovnik airport and were met along with 6 others from our party who had also booked through butterflyservices.hr. We were dropped outside on the upper road, where we met Viktor who showed us around the bright spacious apartment- 02- and immediately made us feel very welcome and at home. Our first impressions upon entering the apartment were, “Wow! this is nice!!"The views from the balcony were spectacular, overlooking the Island of Lokrum and the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik. There was a different yacht or ship anchored every day and it was fun to guess what would be there the next day, and there were some spectacular sights. The main living area was excellent, comfortable furniture, large TV, sound system wired all over the main living area was good too. The kitchen had everything we needed, large fridge, dishwasher etc. The wifi was most welcome as we needed it from time to time! Also the air con. was very good too throughout the apartment. The bedroom was comfortable with more than adequate wardrobe space. A special mention for the shower, which was the most fun shower ever!I don't know how to describe the room onto the quaint, small garden, but it was really beautiful, old style almost, a complete contrast to the rest of the apartment. A lot of Noirin's pre-wedding photos were taken in this room. All in all, when the time came for us to leave on the Sunday morning, we were feeling quite sad, but happy that we had got to stay in such a nice apartment.Isabelle was a pleasure to deal with via email, unfortunately we did not get to meet, and if we ever return to Dubrovnik (which we I am sure we will), we will be in touch!! „ Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien gehabt. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so perfekt war, haben wir das Beste draus gemacht und viel erlebt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen in Dubrovnik und ich bin jetzt ein grosser Fan von Kroatien!Von der Wohnung „02“ waren wir einfach nur überwältigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt. Das einzige wo wir bemängelt/vermisst haben war die Kücheneinrichtung. Es fehlte an wirklich scharfen und schneidenden Messern, Kochgeschirr und Pfannenwender. Da aber ist eine Kleinigkeit und wir konnten uns sehr gut organisieren. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet und hat unserem Wunsch vollkommen entsprochen. Ebenfalls wurden wir von dir und Viktor sehr gut beraten und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Macht weiter so! Ich hoffe aufs Bald! Beste Grüsse und 1000x Dank.
