The White & Co II is a contemporary two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. It is located a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town, 100 metres from the sea and just a few steps from a rocky beach. The villa was completely renovated in 2015, and modernised with contemporary décor and furnishings. It offers a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but is still conveniently located, only a short stroll from the main street Stradun, restaurants, bars and main attractions.
The White & Co II features simple lines. The interior design is minimalist, decorated in white shades. The apartment itself is airy and bright with several windows to welcome in the natural light. All of the windows are equipped with wooden shutters. With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate 4 people.
The living area has a sofa, satellite TV, and A/C. The kitchenette is equipped with all modern amenities ensuring guests the possibility to prepare light meals should they wish to: fridge, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, kettle, etc. The dining area has seating for 4.
The room opens to the wonderful large shared terrace. The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, chairs and umbrellas. A magical place for dining alfresco or simply where you can unwind with a glass of Croatian wine.
The bedrooms have been decorated in the same minimalist style as the rest of the apartment, using white colour giving the apartment a perfect harmony. The main bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), large wardrobe, Satellite TV, and offers stunning views out over the glittering Adriatic Sea. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The main designed bathroom comes with shower, hairdryer, and WC.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was nice, the view from the balcony was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals and there was a tv we could watch Netflix on. The rental fit 4 people comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay to groups looking for a fair price and nice place. Thank you for hosting us! We really enjoyed it!

My group had a total of four people and we were so comfortable staying at this apartment. Isabelle was in communication with me before and throughout the whole trip. She set up transportation to and from the airport which worked out so great for us. The location is very perfect for staying away from old town but still in walking distance. About 10-15 min walk. They also had a booklet with so much information on what to do and where to go in Croatia and Dub. We had an issue with the washer door getting stuck and Isabelle and Darjia had someone come the SAME day to fix it. The AC and Netflix streaming options were a great amenity. I would recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything. My family had a great time staying in your place.

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment and the hosts! The location is wonderful. Out of the old town (and most importantly the crowds), but only a 10 minutes walk down the hill to reach it. And an easy bus ride back up the hill at the end of a long day. The host was very helpful in arranging a car for our airport transfer. Great communication. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Fantastic apartment. Great location between old town (10 mins walk) and beaches at Lapad (great bus service from bus stop nearby). The outdoor space on two levels was a lovely place to relax and felt very quiet and secure being inside locked outer gate. Air conditioning in each room was really welcome in the August heat! Would definitely recommend this apartment if you're visiting Dubrovnik.

This is the most stylish wonderful suite. There are three suites sharing a series of Terraced patios so very beautiful. The two bedroom suites can also be opened to each other. For a large group this 5 bedrooms three suites would be fantastic as well. 10 minutes waking to the city gates. Idea location overall. Everything was wonderful. Thank you again.

This apartment was really fantastic, not only in terms of its facilities, cleanliness and presentation, but also the owners who handle the booking and meet and greet. They were always on hand and very efficient. The location is perfect - a short walk into the old town, right near a supermarket, and next to a bus stop if you want to get a bus over to the marina or larger beaches. The real bonus was the outdoor space - there is more to offer than the seating area in the photographs - there are split levels which also include a couple of Sun loungers and extra seating areas. Thank you for such a great stay.. I hope to stay with you again in the future!

The apartment was fantastic. Spotlessly clean modern with really comfortable beds, air conditioning throughout and great showers. It had all the facilities one could possibly need and a lovely shared outside area to sit and relax in. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the old city which is downhill. However we did take the bus back a couple of times which was really easy but only because we were hot, tired and a little lazy by the end of the day. The apartment is in a great location if you want to be near the old town and staying somewhere modern clean with great and helpful hosts. Our hosts and Ina were so helpful and organised taxis for us arriving and leaving. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The view from the main bedroom and the top terrace is fantastic. I stayed with my adult son and daughter and we had a great stay. We would all recommend this apartment to others. Great!!

You have done a tremendous job renovating this property! Well thought out and a joy to stay at. I think you should include a note regarding the proper settings for the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area. Upon departure we found out the unit turned off every time the front door was opened. This issue is MINOR compared to the great unit, the wonderful terrace and the fact you had three A/C units for the apartment. Really this apartment was so special and MORE than we could expect. I cannot say enough about what an amazing place to stay. My friend and I were there 4 nights. As much as there is to see and do in Dubrovnik, my favorite experience was being at the apartment. We loved the terrace and truly enjoyed meeting the tenants of 2 other units. Victor responded amazingly quick to any inquiry. The transfers from and to the airport went without a hitch. The location is perfect for visiting the old city and for bus use. Daria was so kind, she escorted us to and from the apartment to the taxi pickup/drop off sites. The showers were especially appreciated after the hot sun and a lot of stair climbing in the old city.. There is nothing more one could want for a phenomenon stay in a gorgeous and friendly city. I would highly recommend this apartment - the photos and description don't do it justice. The apartment is part of a private complex of a few other rental apartments behind a locked steel door with a shared courtyard. The appliances and design of the apartment are very modern and functional, with everything you could possibly need. Although the apartment is not in the Old City, it's only a short walk away (we never took the local bus, as it was so close). Additionally, the hosts were very communicative regarding check-in and checkout, and arranged to let us leave our bags at the apartment after our checkout, as our flight was in the evening. We were warmly welcomed by the host and he explained all the necessary features and facilities for the property and surrounding areas. The property itself was remarkably well appointed in terms of the overall décor and quality of the fit and finish. The house was remodeled to the modern day luxury leaving. The location of the house is perfect - close enough to the old town yet far away from the crowds/noise. The view from the main bedroom is exactly as shown in the pictures. We would love to stay in the same place should we visit again...

Dear Isabelle Thank you for your email. We had a very enjoyable holiday thank you. The transfer was excellent thank you - everything went to plan and it was a very smooth transfer. The apartments were very good - very clean and modern. The owner was very helpful - the purchase of beach towels when we asked if they were provided and the provision of umbrellas when the rain was forecast was very thoughtful and helpful. The apartments were well located in that they were a short walk from town. The bedrooms in the main road were also noisy from road traffic and other guests might benefit if better double glazing installed? just a thought. All that being said - the host could not have been more friendly or helpful and accommodating and we would recommend the apartment and your services to others - and return ourselves. Everything was smooth and simple to organise.
