The best thing about this place is the location and view. A nice 10min walk to the old town with a beautiful terrace to watch the sunset or enjoy a meal. The unit is very small but fully equipped and very clean. It is professionally managed and the hosts are very helpful in arranging an early check-in for us after arrival by the ferry. They are also very communicative about local tips which saved us some hustle in trip planing.

A lovely place close to the Old Town. A short walk down some steps close to the main road to a "hidden" little place to take a swim and relax. The apartment is in a nice and quiet area. The host was very helpful before, and during the stay. Thank you for the lovely stay at the studio, and for being flexible with the early check out. You were very helpful along the way!

The apartment was exactly as the images showed and was a 15min walk to the Old Town. While the apartment was small (no more than what we were expecting) the terrace was amazing and a great place to relax away from the busy Old Town, it even has a sea view! There was also a large supermarket about 10-15min walk away which was ideal. The communication with Isabelle was great, she responded really quickly and was super helpful with arranging a taxi to pick us up at the airport and then take us to the airport when we left, and they were happy to store our luggage for the day before our evening flight. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Thanks for a great stay in Dubrovnik.

“Great apparent, fantastic value for money. I stayed here with my partner for a week. It was well equipped and even had sugar for our morning tea. Lots of outside seating to sit and sunbath on and all was extremely clean. It’s a great location as rightnext to a bus stop and 10 mins walk to the old town. The owners were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. I would highly recommend if your looking for a base in Dubrovnik. We had a fantastic holiday to Dubrovnik, staying at White and Co studio. All communication was quick, friendly and efficient. We were met at the apt by Sanko, who took the time to show us around the nearby streets and to give us lots of information. The apt was perfect and extras such as toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine and air conditioning were all very useful. It was really nice to have still and sparkling water in the fridge on our arrival. The information booklet provided was great ( If I had known it was there, I wouldn't have printed it out at home to take with me). Although next to two other apts, the studio was private and peaceful with plenty of outside seating available. It was in a very good location - for the beach, old town, bus stop, supermarket. People should be prepared to walk up and down loads of steps during their holiday and to be woken by the church bells each morning! We really cannot think of anything we would improve about our stay - thank you for your apt and the arrangements made. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

The place is great,very charming and very clean; and we were lucky to have both terraces for us alone as the rest of the villa was not rented. The view is idyllic, breakfast or drinks or tanning time on the terrace is so nice! the Old town is 10min away (maybe 20 on your way back as it goes up). A small turquoise-water-beach is also 10min away. the neighborhood is very quiet ahahah... the flat is very well equipped, the bed confortable. i can only recommend to stay here and discover this pretty city ! thanks it was a great weekend for us!!

Nice size for 2 with a few home comforts. WiFi was good and it included a Wi-Fi enabled TV so I could log onto Netflix. Shower is incredible, however be careful not to take too long if there are 2 of you, it can go cold towards the end of the 2nd shower. It was very clean. The terraces are shared so I suppose it's down to luck whether they will be available, but we had no problem. The view from the top terrace is incredible and is a great sun trap, the view of the sun set is stunning from there too. Just across the road and down some stairs there is an amazing secluded sea terrace. It offers uninterrupted sun and views from the sea and you can jump off it straight into it.

We had a lovely stay at this rental. The apartment was clean and well situated close to Old Town and easily on the bus lines to see the rest of Dubrovnik. Isabelle was very helpful in our initial arrival to Croatia, and the young lady who helped us check in and out, Ina, was great as well. Stayed here for 4 nights during the heatwave in August with a friend. Apartment - it is a small space, but ideal for 2 people. Large shared outdoor space makes up for the lack of space indoors (when we were there, no one else used the outdoor space). The air conditioning was amazing after a hot day outside, great shower and facilities (washing machine/hairdryer/iron/kettle/toaster). Kitchen big enough to prepare breakfast and snacks. Great use of space in a small apartment, plenty of room for clothes etc. Nice added extras with water in the fridge and toiletries. Location - Ideal. 10 mins walk to the Old Town, big supermarket 5/10 mins walk away and smaller supermarket/bakery 5 mins walk. Belle Vue Beach 10 mins walk away. There's also bus stops nearby, although we walked everywhere. Felt very safe at all times as 2 girls on our own. Communication - excellent. We took the apt up on pick up/drop off service from the airport, which was extremely smooth; met by host at the apt. Our flight was delayed on the way there, and we needed a late check out - host was extremely flexible. Queries answered very quickly by email. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The description of the apartment is quite accurate! It was perfect for the 4 nights my boyfriend and I spent in Dubrovnik. Great air conditioning and a quick 10 minute walk to the old town. The bed was nice and big, but the hot water tank was a little small (enough for two short showers at a time). The lady who greeted us at the apartment was very kind however did not speak English very well which made it a little difficult to communicate upon arrival. Isabela was very quick to respond and was able to accommodate our late arrival. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers! Thank you very much for letting my boyfriend and I stay at the apartment! We were sad to leave beautiful Dubrovnik!

I absolutely love the Villa. It's so comfortable & I have all the amenities within my reach in the Villa. The caretaker is so friendly & warm. It's modern yet cozy. The Villa is located outside the Old Town. It takes about 15mins slow walk towards the Old Town but I enjoyed every steps so I had no trouble walking. I LOVE It!!!

A small yet very modern and well equipped apartment that is ideally suited for everything in Dubrovnik, perfect for a couple. It is in within easy walking distance of the beaches and old town but out of the way of noise, it is in a quiet residential area next to an old graveyard. Undoubtedly the best bit about the apartment is the outdoor sun terrace which is perfect for food or a drink in the evening sunshine. Hosts were friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Viktor was very welcoming, he gave us tips and ideas on what to see and do on our trip, which helped us a lot as it was our first time in Dubrovnik. The apartment is lovely, and modern, it's small but perfect for a couple! The apartment was in a great location,less than a 10 minute walk to the old town, where all the bars and restaurants are. Theres also a beach walking distance. Lapad is also not too far, there you'll also find plenty or bars, coffee shops and beaches. The apartment has a lovely terrace area with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. If I came back to Dubrovnik, I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.
